Renaissance Festival - Opening weekend is 2 for $20, kids are free.
There are also several church sponsored "Fall Festivals" for little to no cost. Please let me know if you want more information.

I saw that info on the Riverbend Farm on CM too. I think that sounds great. Last year we went to Patterson's off 150 and had a similar experience: animals to feed, wagon ride. I saw where CM Univ. is having an event too, but I'm always all about not going on a Saturday to avoid the 5 million people who have to go on Saturdays.
